Snow and sitting

Both Dave and I feel like we have seen a lot of progress/change/development in Elias lately. Below is a little display of his new skills and games.

One of the major things he has learnt is that he can sit pretty well on his own now. We always put a duvet around him though so he has a soft landing when he falls over, which he always does sooner or later.


Another favourite thing right now is to play with his feet. Before he has only done it while sitting, but now he grabs his feet as soon as we put him on his back pretty much. It can be a bit annoying when one is trying to change his nappy..


Newspapers are very interesting as well. He would prefer it if we allowed him to chew on it as well, but the ink is probably not very healthy for a little boy..


Today we were supposed to have a "work day" in the garden with all of the other tenants. Last night it started snowing though and this morning we woke up to a blanket of snow on the ground and the work was cancelled (hard to rake leaves in the snow). Instead we went on a nice but slippery walk in the sun. Very nice indeed!!
